The NHLS Integrated Management Platform is a secure, centralized system designed to enhance the efficiency, quality, and accountability of laboratory services across The Gambia. By digitizing key operational workflows—from supervision checklists to complaint resolution—this platform provides administrators and staff with the tools needed for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
